Proposed development works to three existing blocks of flats. The proposals include new External Wall Insulation (EWI), new balconies, new windows and external doors, refurbishment of the communal areas, new car parking, demolition of the existing balconies and construction of new ones, new sprinklers and a new sprinkler tank house, demolition of the existing entrances and construction of new entrance lobbies, the extension of the roof parapets, a new district heating system and energy centre, upgrade of the smoke ventilation system and building fire safety, replacement of the core services (power/ cold water), new SUDs and associated landscaping works.

A lawful certificate is required for the proposal under permitted development rights for a loft conversion with a rear dormer, hip to gable roof extension, and front roof windows.

Material Amendment to previous approved planning application 19/00555/FUL for a residential development for two dwellings. The amendment is for the inclusion of dormer windows to the roof at the rear.
