The large tree sits in an area of land behind the rear fence of 13 Walter road and behind the rear fence of nursery playground on Wilkinson primary School. The trunk of the tree falls in a narrow space between both boundary fences. The tree's branches are heavy and resident has raised concerns that they bearing weight on her summerhouse and could cause damage to the roof should they be left. The school have met with the resident and we proposed that removing the tree at the base would be the best option, as this would not allow the tree to cause any further issues.

To remove the overhanging branches which are encroaching over the fence line and now touching the mast. Branches from lime tree which are growing into the site will be cut back behind the fence line. Cut the lime tree back by 3m from monopole to prevent any encroachment or potential damage to the tower.

T1 reduce semi mature Oak tree to previous pruning positions. As close to fence line and overhanging neighbouring gardens. Allows to keep tree at a sustainable size to garden as previously pruned occasions.

To remove one Apple tree in corner of rear garden of which is leaning over neighbours fence and onto there shed slowly pushing shed over and has been gradually leaning more and more.
