Conversion of existing attached garage into office/study including front projection with roof alterations and new porch

Four structural elements are proposed to be demolished. These comprise of the two storey flat roof office addition constructed directly adjacent to the South East side of Beckminster House set around a paved courtyard with two link corridors to the original house. The second building comprises of a single story pitched roof Training Room building attached to the North West gable of Beckminster House, whilst the fourth and fifth structures comprise of individual single storey Stores located to the rear of the House. Whilst there will remain a further detached Training Room building within the rear grounds to the House it is intended that this shall form temporary accommodation for the chosen contractor during the course of the build works on site.

Proposed replacement shopfront, with creation of new second floor with new pitched roof with front facing dormer windows, and alterations to first floor windows. Proposed as offices in E(g)(i) use.

Minor-material amendment/removal of condition 2 of planning permission 20/00956/FUL. Changes include: Reduce new upper floors by one storey and conversion of the roof space above the gym, to be used as additional management offices, and an additional room at the rear of the property which will be used as storage (including associated fenestration, access, roof and external alterations).
