We have previously communicated by email and phone to discuss the requirements to re-provide the boundary treatments adjacent to the public highway. This includes the provision of the boundary treatments between 18, wightwick hall rd and 20, wightwick hall rd. following our discussion it was agreed that: 1) the fence panels adjacent to the highway will require planning permission. we therefore request consideration for planning approval for 6 foot panels adjacent to the highway (wightwick hall rd) as these are in alignment with a principle windows (bedroom). this will be 6 foot from the natural ground level of the highway. 2) the fence panels nearest to the neighbours driveway (20 wightwick hall rd) will be maintained at a lower height to enable visibility from the driveway, noting that there are trees that already exceed this height and visibility. for note we will be providing new fencing along the garden boundary between 18 & 20 Wightwick Hall Rd at a height of 6 foot from the neighbouring ground level
