13/00013/TPO (T1) - Ash - Reduce lower horizontal limb extending toward adjacent bungalow back to appropriate growing point at approx 1/2 - 2/3 overall length from tips, whilst leaving suitable secondary branches to form reduced canopy. crown clean to remove deadwood, and previously 'stubbed' branches and prune to provide clearance of up to 1.5 metres clearance form top of adjacent lighting column. Crown lift by the removal of secondary branches to ensure a 4 metres clearance over the access drive of the adjacent nursing home. Reason(s): Appropriate maintenance given location of tree. - amended specification agreed on site with Agent on 18th Jan 2023.

08/00005/TPO (TBC) - Fell 1 Sycamore (T1 in report and plan) and 2 Beech Trees (T2 & T3 in report and plan). Reason(s): T1 - Sycamore - Poor Condition (fire damage, white rot, toadstools, honey fungus, multiple poor pruning wounds) resulting in increased risk of complete failure on to bungalow; T2 - Beech - highly unbalanced 95% of canopy to the south of the tree, compression fork at 15 metres and increased chances of failure if T1 is removed; T3 - Beech - Poor Condition ( fire damage, honey fungus, unbalanced, historic poor pruning) Increased risk of failure onto bungalow if T1 removed. See attached report of details of tree condition assessment. (N.B. Proposal to fell T6 in report removed from proposal as tree is not protected by TPO)

06/00264/TPO (T20) - Cedar - Reduce the bungalow side of the canopy by approx. 2.5-3m at the distal points whilst retaining the natural shape of the crown. Where the branches have failed in the past, reduce the limbs back to approx. 2.5-3m to suitable growing points. Remove any hanging branches and major deadwood from within the crown.

06/00015/TPO (T10) - Sycamore - Crown reduce via the drop crotch method to appropriate pruning points reducing the tree to similar extents to those established under the most recent crown reduction works. Prune by the removal of secondary branches to appropriate pruning points only, to provide, as far as possible, a 2m locus of clearance from any part of the wall or roof line of the bungalow and 30 Woodcote Road. Crown lift by the removal of secondary branches only to provide a maximum of 3 metres clearance above the pavement and front garden of 30 Woodcote Road. Reason(s): Prune to provide clearance for the front of property and highway and to reduce risk from falling branches. Detailed works proposal agreed on site with applicant on 05/02/21
