T1 Pine (first tree of group) - Fell as close to ground level as possible due to poor form - The tree is one-sided with lateral branches extending only to the SW due to a restricted growth pattern as part of a group. Now left at increased wind exposure following the removal of 2 neighbouring pines from 26b Wrottesley Road in 2021. The site is currently being developed, there was found to be a buried brick structure at least 2m deep within the rooting area of T1 which will have impeded the root development, there is very limited lateral root structure in the South-Western direction, which is also the direction of the crown growth.

06/00533/TPO (T2) - Fell 1 Horse Chestnut. Reason(s): The tree's declining health and condition (see supporting tree survey); The tree is obstructing development of the site, causing the site to be visually unpleasant for local residents; The tree causes shading to the adjacent properties at 9 and 11 Glyme Drive; The various debris that falls from the tree including small branches, leaves, twigs, leaf stems, conkers and conker shells. The debris relates to both the seasonal process of the tree and also the declining condition of the tree.

06/00603/TPO - T1 - Spruce (Easternmost of 2 spruce trees) - Fell - To allow for more development room for adjacent spruce tree as a specimen tree. T2 - Spruce (Westernmost of 2 spruce trees) - Crown lift to provide no more than 4.5 metres clearance above ground level. Reduce height by up to 3 metres. - to allow sufficient clearance for vehicles along the adjacent section of Wergs Hall Road, and allow for better view from the front rooms of the property and to allow more light into the property.

06/00467/TPO (G25) - T1 - Reduce curving limb to side branch at approximately half of exiting branch length; and reduce remaining canopy over the rear garden of number 12 by up to 1m to bring back into the natural canopy line. T2 - Remove deadwood. T3 - Remove 2 lowest branches on far side (branches hanging over alleyway / gardens of The Drive) of the tree. Reduce three over extended branches on house side back into general canopy line. T4 - Deadwood. Reason(s) To tidy trees, reduce overcrowding and allow for better future development of canopy.

06/00430/TPO (G2) - Fell 2 Sycamore (Listed as T2 and T3 in submitted report). Reason(s) - to facilitate development on adjajcent site (25 Spring Road)

17/00004/TPO (T1, T2, T3 & T4) - T1 - Ash - Fell as tree is dying; T2 - Sycamore - Fell as once site development is complete it will not be possible to access tree for works. ; T3 - Sycamore - Fell as tree is dead T4 - Ash - Crown reduce by up to 2 metres to maintain at appropriate size. (Proposal to fell T3 clarified with applicant over phone on 26/10/20. Extent of pruning of T4 agreed on site visit)
