Prune small diameter branches on house side of canopy (circled in yellow on the photo that shows part of the rear elevation of The Old House), back to appropriate pruning points in line with the general canopy edge. Crown lift descending growth from the most recent pruning points around the lower skirt of the canopy back to, but not beyond, the previous pruning points.

Re-pollard tree to the point just above the original pollard point (roughly level with the guttering of the house), ensuring that branch collars of the re-growth stems are maintained intact. N.B. amended works specification agreed with the applicant.

06/00313/TPO (T1) - Fell 1 holly Tree. Reason(s): The tree is in a very poor condition and is covered with Ivy. Is it close to the house and would cause considerable damage if it were to fall. After meeting and speaking with the Wolverhampton Tree Officer (James Dunn) we agreed that the removal and a replacement would be the best course of action.
