T1,t2,t3 marked red on overhead map pine trees to be crown reduced on Appleton crescent side only to clear overhang off driveway to be pruned by 2 metres to keep the trees balanced while giving adequate clearance from their property, t4 silver birch is to pruned by 1.5 metres on Appleton crescent side only and crown lifted to 5 metres to give 2 metres clearance from garage roof, reasons for works are to prevent debris on cars and property roof both housing groups at the back have gave consent for these works to be done.

T1 - Oak - Fell tree leaving stump as close to ground level as practicable. This tree is located in rear garden of 34 Coppice Road. The house has been extended at some point in the past and the gable end is now located around 2m away from trunk, in turn the canopy is heavily hanging over roof of property interfering with tiles gutters and window. The new home owner is concerned about the amount of deadwood falling from canopy and landing on roof and rear patio, due to their being small children in property this issue is of great concern. Home owner is also concerned about the possibility of subsidence due to proximity to property footings, the building process will have damaged the root plate T2 - Sweet Chestnut - Fell tree leaving stump as close to ground level as practicable. This tree is located at the side of 34 Coppice Road within rear garden. This tree is heavily suppressed on the back side and the majority of growth hangs over the road. Customer has asked for the tree to possibly be cut back / crown lifted over road to allow room for bin lorry's / fire engines. Due to the poor form of tree and heavy lean i feel the tree will not be suited for long term retention. Customer is willing to re plant a more suited species away from property and road also.

car park area t1 Holm oak trimmed around cables and over car park area itself by around 1.5 metres and give a 1 metre clearance around overhead lines and to include ivy removal at base, t2 cedar tree removal of broken branch around 8 metres high over car park area to include ivy removal on trunk, in back garden t5 beech tree pruned away from building by 2 metres and lifting of lower branches to leave start of crown at 5.5 to 6.5 metres high to include road side too. T3,T4 silver birch trees behind the coach house trimmed back to clear building roof by 2.5 to 3 metres and removal of all waste created by us by woodchipping

Reduce left side low limb going over 44 Clifton road by 3M and shape back to natural crown line. Reason(s): Proximity to adjacent properties and to provide appropriate clearances. 06/00495/TPO (T6) - Reduction of oak tree in rear garden of the property by no more then 1.5 - 2 metres of radial lateral branch spread. Crown lift to by the removal of secondary branches to provide no more than 54.75 metres clearance above ground level, and remove lowest secondary branch extending towards Redhouse Road (if not already removed by general crown lift) and pruning of branches away from roof line of both properties to give at least 2 metre clearance. Reason(s): to keep the tree in a manageable size and keep the tree away from buildings as is currently touching both houses. N.B. amended works specification agreed on site with agent on 7th September 2022.

Reduce the canopy on the quadrant that extends toward the rear elevation of the house and obscures the adjacent windows by no more than 2.5 metres to clear. Reason(s): to provide appropriate clearance from the house.

T1 Silver birch - Branch growing towards corner of adjacent property, Prune branch back to suitable growth point to gain a 2m clearance from adjacent property. T2 Cypress - Low canopy resting on roof of adjoining outbuilding. Crown lift low canopy to gain a 1.2-1.5m clearance from roof and guttering.

Prune 1 Sycamore to provide a 2.5 metre locus of clearance from roof line of adjacent property (24 Finchfield Road). Prune group of 3 sycamore by crown thinning by 15% and prune back by up to 2.5 metres

06/00600/TPO - T1 - T6 lime trees reduce to previous pruning position to allow more light into flats. In addition it allows them to be at a manageable height in proximity to flats. (front lawned area of Grosvenor Court); T7 Sycamore- reduce large limb over road by 2/3. Selectively raise crown by 4.5m over road to avoid damaging high sided vehicles. T8- lime tree raise crown 5.2m over road where necessary. T9 pine tree- remove 3 lowest branches and dead wood away from roof as constantly dropping branches. T10 pine tree - remove 4 lowest branches and one limb to clear roof as it's touching building. Dead wood as constantly dropping branches. N.B. Amended works proposal to T6 from that stated on application form, discussed and agreed with Agent.
