T1 - Oak - Fell tree leaving stump as close to ground level as practicable. This tree is located in rear garden of 34 Coppice Road. The house has been extended at some point in the past and the gable end is now located around 2m away from trunk, in turn the canopy is heavily hanging over roof of property interfering with tiles gutters and window. The new home owner is concerned about the amount of deadwood falling from canopy and landing on roof and rear patio, due to their being small children in property this issue is of great concern. Home owner is also concerned about the possibility of subsidence due to proximity to property footings, the building process will have damaged the root plate T2 - Sweet Chestnut - Fell tree leaving stump as close to ground level as practicable. This tree is located at the side of 34 Coppice Road within rear garden. This tree is heavily suppressed on the back side and the majority of growth hangs over the road. Customer has asked for the tree to possibly be cut back / crown lifted over road to allow room for bin lorry's / fire engines. Due to the poor form of tree and heavy lean i feel the tree will not be suited for long term retention. Customer is willing to re plant a more suited species away from property and road also.

T1 - Birch - Prune 2 secondary branches extending towards first floor window back to an appropriate pruning point, by no more than 2 metres. Crown lift over the public highway, by pruning the vertically hanging tertiary branches back to the parent stem that extends horizontally over the pavement and carriage way. The non-vertically hanging branches are to be retained as far as possible.

Reduce the canopy on the quadrant that extends toward the rear elevation of the house and obscures the adjacent windows by no more than 2.5 metres to clear. Crown reduce branches on the western side back to the boundary line with 135 Coalway Road. Crown reduce to provide a maximum clearance of 3 metres from the front elevation of 133 Coalway Road. Crown reduce over the highway by a maximum of 2 metres. T2 (Easternmost Tree) - Crown lift by the removal of secondary branches only to a height level with the horizontal section of the 'dog legged' lower branch that extends toward T1. Crown reduce the upper crown by no more than 2.5 metres whilst retaining the natural dome shape. Crown reduce branches on eastern side of canopy back in line with the external face of the chimney breast on the eastern elevation of the house at 133 Coalway Road. Prune to provide a max clearance of 3.5 metres from the 'recessed' front elevation of 133 Coalway Road. Prune to ensure there is no foliage on the road side of the lighting column, within a 1 metre locus of the lamp head, and lighting column. Crown reduce by no more than 2 metres over the highway. All pruning is to be undertaken at appropriate pruning points, with a priority given to maintaining the natural form of the trees as far as possible.
