T1 ? Ash tree - Pollard to 5m T2 ? Ash tree - Pollard to 4m Both the trees are showing decline with regular limb drop, some onto neighbouring property.

T1 - Acer - Sympathetic crown lift and reduction of lateral branches. T2 - Birch - Cut back to previous pruning points and crown lift to 3m above ground level. T7 - Yew - Fell and grind. T8 - Lilac - Reduce to height of privet to prevent snap-outs. T12 - Rowan - Reduce tree to previous pruning points.

Oak tree T1 - remove three lower branches close to neighbouring property.

The large tree sits in an area of land behind the rear fence of 13 Walter road and behind the rear fence of nursery playground on Wilkinson primary School. The trunk of the tree falls in a narrow space between both boundary fences. The tree's branches are heavy and resident has raised concerns that they bearing weight on her summerhouse and could cause damage to the roof should they be left. The school have met with the resident and we proposed that removing the tree at the base would be the best option, as this would not allow the tree to cause any further issues.

Fell three cypress trees between West Lodge and 34 Parkdale East

T1 - Apple - REMOVE TREE - Over 50% of the base has decayed and northern section of wound has not compartmentalized. T2 - Horse chestnut - CROWN REDUCE WESTERN CROWN BACK TO SITE BOUNDARY - Low and overextending western crown limiting usability of garden. T3 - Pear - REMOVE TREE - Less then 20% of crown remaining and tree is in decline T4 - Cherry - BRANCH REMOVAL (shown by red line in photo titled T4 - Cherry - Branch removal) - Remove small low order branch to lift crown and clear for garden use.

Request permission to fell two Cypress trees, roughly 35 feet tall. They have grown too big for the garden size and take both light and moisture. To my knowledge they are not protected by a TPO.
