Prune back willow tree in the grounds of number 1 to the boundary.

The large tree sits in an area of land behind the rear fence of 13 Walter road and behind the rear fence of nursery playground on Wilkinson primary School. The trunk of the tree falls in a narrow space between both boundary fences. The tree's branches are heavy and resident has raised concerns that they bearing weight on her summerhouse and could cause damage to the roof should they be left. The school have met with the resident and we proposed that removing the tree at the base would be the best option, as this would not allow the tree to cause any further issues.

T1 - Apple - REMOVE TREE - Over 50% of the base has decayed and northern section of wound has not compartmentalized. T2 - Horse chestnut - CROWN REDUCE WESTERN CROWN BACK TO SITE BOUNDARY - Low and overextending western crown limiting usability of garden. T3 - Pear - REMOVE TREE - Less then 20% of crown remaining and tree is in decline T4 - Cherry - BRANCH REMOVAL (shown by red line in photo titled T4 - Cherry - Branch removal) - Remove small low order branch to lift crown and clear for garden use.

The Conifer Boundary surrounding our Back garden has become very overgrown and is now blocking sunlight from neighbours property. Some of these have reached heights in excess of 8 meters and need to be removed/reduced and for new conifers to fill in the gaps where removed.

Cherry tree by court yard, reduce height by 1 - 1.5 metres: Holly tree by court yard, reduce height to same height as 'Cherry by court yard'; Cherry by rear patio - reduce back close to previous pruning points; Silver Birch in round border - reduce height by 4- 5 metres to bring in line with adjacent silver birch on garden boundary; Cherry tree adjacent to silver birch in round border - remove; row of trees along rear boundary (beech and conifer etc) reduce height to gutter level of neighbouring house (21 Ash Hill).

T1 - Yew - Crown reduce by up to 1 metre of lateral growth on three sides (not the 47 Lower Street side) to reshape canopy as well as possible. Reduction of upper canopy by up to 1.5 metres in height, ensuring that the resulting upper canopy profile has an appropriately rounded appearance, and to reinstate a rounded shoulder to the more vertical face at the boundary with 47 Lower Street. Re-clip the regrowth from the previous clipping on the remaining vertical face of the canopy on the 47 Lower Street Boundary.

Front Garden: 1 - Lime - Crown lift to 4- metres above ground; Crown thin by up to 10% of canopy volume; Reduce height by up to 4 metres, lateral reduction of up to 2 metres to provide uniform canopy. ( reasons allow light reduce height with keeping in lines with the local environment ) 2- Silver Birch x 2 - fell (reasons 1 growing in hedge other one outgrowing height leaning towards neighbours property) 3 - Beech - Crown lift to character above ground; Crown thin by up to 10% of canopy volume. Crown reduce spread by up to 2 metres ( reasons overshadowing structure ) 4- Conifers along left side of driveway - Reduce height by up to 4 metres. 5 - Lawson cypress adjacent to driveway (closest to road) - fell due to large split / previous failure 6 - Fruit trees on boundary with 306 - Reduce overhanging branches over neighbours garden; 7 - Ash saplings in boundary feature - reduce height and thin; 8 - Ash - Remove due to cavity in base. Rear Garden: Remove 1 x holly, 1 x hawthorn, 1 x fruit tree, 3 x large conifer (reasons overhanging shadowing next doors property; Beech (previously fire damaged) - crown lift, remove deadwood and damaged branches, reshape crown (reasons previous damage ); Conifer - Fell due to lean

Conifer in centre of front boundary. Reduce in height by no more than 4 metres and prune branches extending beyond natural crown line toward house back into crown line. Reason(s)To provide clearance from property, and maintain at a suitable size for location.

Prune holly hedge and branches from ash and cherry trees that overhang the garden of 24 Finchfield Road, back to the boundary with 23 Finchfield Road, up to a max height of 20ft (6 metres)

Sycamore - Crown lift by removal of secondary branches only to provide 4 metres clearance over garden, Crown reduce 'bulging' side of tree back to general crown line (up to a maximum of 2 metres) and prune to provide 0.6 metres clearance form rugby club apparatus over boundary. Horse Chestnut - Crown lift in line with guttering on house (approx 4.5 metres), where drooping branches extend below the level of crown lifting they will be pruned back to next available and suitable pruning point as per BS 3998 (2010). Crown reduce on house side and neighbour's at 38 Windsor Gardens by no more than 2 metres, ensuring sufficient foliage is retained on the lowest primary lateral branches that extends towards the house at 37 Windsor Gardens.
