The large tree sits in an area of land behind the rear fence of 13 Walter road and behind the rear fence of nursery playground on Wilkinson primary School. The trunk of the tree falls in a narrow space between both boundary fences. The tree's branches are heavy and resident has raised concerns that they bearing weight on her summerhouse and could cause damage to the roof should they be left. The school have met with the resident and we proposed that removing the tree at the base would be the best option, as this would not allow the tree to cause any further issues.

T34 - Sweet Chestnut - Reduction to crown by 1 - 1.5m or to a suitable growth point. This work has been specified by PGE landscaping on a tree survey report; I am struggling to justify or give any reasoning for this specification. I would prefer to lift crown to 2.5m from ground level and deadwood. Cedar branch to be removed from Silver Birch crown. Car park tree (Birch) has grown and now rubbing on cedar limb, remove limb or cut back to a suitable growth point. C/A Trees T18 - Holly - Coppice tree to 1m. This small tree has grown over fence and is heavily suppressed on one side.

T1 - Cherry tree by front wall - Remove; T2 - Myrobalan Plum by front wall (dead) - Remove - permission not required as dead; T3 - Myrobalan Plum in side garden, next to laurel (dead) - Remove - permission not required as dead; T4 - Silver Birch on eastern boundary of rear garden - Remove as in decline; T5 - Conifer leaning over rear fence (south eastern corner of rear garden) - remove; T6 - Western Red Cedar with included branch unions (south eastern corner of rear garden) - Remove.

Boundary Vegetation adjacent to Land opposite 23 & 25 Lancaster Gardens - Remove self set Ash tree; Remove 2 lowest overhanging branches from yew tree; Remove overhanging branches from laurel and holly back to fence line; fell cherry tree; Remove epicormic growth and crown lift lime tree to 3 metres.

To remove the overhanging branches which are encroaching over the fence line and now touching the mast. Branches from lime tree which are growing into the site will be cut back behind the fence line. Cut the lime tree back by 3m from monopole to prevent any encroachment or potential damage to the tower.

T1 reduce semi mature Oak tree to previous pruning positions. As close to fence line and overhanging neighbouring gardens. Allows to keep tree at a sustainable size to garden as previously pruned occasions.

To remove one Apple tree in corner of rear garden of which is leaning over neighbours fence and onto there shed slowly pushing shed over and has been gradually leaning more and more.

T4 - Sycamore - Crown lift to 5 metres over highway and prune to provide 2 metres clearance from lighting column; T6 - Holly - Crown lift to 3 metres over highway; T8 - Holly - Crown lift / reduce tree to provide 4 metres clearance above highway; T9 - Yew - Crown lift / reduce tree to provide 4 metres clearance above highway; T12 - Acer - Prune to provide 2 metres clearance from property; T15 - Beech - Crown lift to provide 5 metres clearance over highway; T19 - Sycamore - Prune back to fence line; T22 - Beech - Crown lift, by the removal of secondary branches only to provide no more than a 3 metre locus of clearance from any part of the adjacent buildings. N.B. "T" numbers refer to tree survey submitted with application. Works clarified with applicant over phone on 22/10/21. Other works detialed on the tree survey have not been considered as they do not require permission.

T1 Copper Beech - Reduce upward angled branch on 16 Broxwood Park side to appropriate pruning point and generally reduce the remaining growth overhanging 16 Broxwood Park back in line with the edge of the patio. T2 Turkey Oak - Reduce lower growth (up to 6 m above ground level) back to an appropriate pruning point in line with the fence. prune lower remaining "corner" growth back in line to reform a natural canopy shape.
