We wish to remove a tall spruce (Christmas) tree, due to its very close proximity to the house and fence. This is a very fast growing tree and poses a risk to our property and the property of Washington Cottage occupants during windy weather. We will replace with an oak and silver birch in a different part of the garden to promote wildlife and green outlook.

Remove conifer from rockery in rear garden (located approx. halfway down boundary with 7 Ash hill); Remove 2 Conifers in rear garden (growing under oak tree canopy overhanging from 7 Ash hill); Prune down hollies beyond rear boundary fence to a height level with the eves of the garden shed. Prune Magnolia in front garden to remove overhang over driveway and obstruction of the street lamp.
