Fell 1 x silver birch and 1 x small leylandii in rear garden. Prune western side of yew tree to by 2-3 metres to reduce its spread across the main house and restrict it to the outbuilding; Crown lift the 4 x lime trees on the boundary with Church Road, by the removal of secondary branches only to a height level with the old pollard points.

Prune one plane tree by, the removal of secondary branches only, to an appropriate pruning point (in accordance with BS:3998) within the footprint of George House, to provide no more than a 500 mm clearance from any element of the mansard roof elevation, and no more than a 1.5 metre vertical clearance above the flat roof section of the Mansard roof / existing roof line.

Cherry Tree - Remove branches marked with red dotted line in attached photo, and prune up to 1 metre back from road. Cedar Tree closest to the house - remove hung up limb, reduce sub-dominant leader with 'included' fork at approx. 1 metre above ground, to bring the upper canopy into the 'wind shadow' of the dominant leader. Crown reduce overall by no more than 1 metre to establish pruning points for future maintenance to control growth. Remove lower lateral limb extending towards neighbouring property in Linden Lea.

Reason(s): Huge tree approx. 100ft; Blocks lighting to my house and surrounding houses; Pine needles and Pine cones contantly falling; Soil in surrounding garden - unable to plant or grow vegetation; Surrounding walls of garden and house become impacted by roots; Poses health risk for my family; My child suffers from extreme excema and dry skin; Branches are always falling from the tree onto my neighbors house; Future works in jeopardy for example building and outhouse; Recently parts of the tree have fallen with high winds :- 28/12/20; Causing cost to me and posing a health and safety risk danger to my neighbors and our family; A crack has appeared in the main trunk of the tree. Silver Lime (T2 on application form) (closest to Wynnstay) - Crown lift pendulous underside branches from branch overhanging path to Bromfield Court, back to parent branches, making sure to retain upward topside branches and canopy. Remove three pendulous branches hanging in close proximity to roof over rear garden. Crown lift pendulous branches on underside of branch extending toward rear lawn area, to parent branches, crown lift remaining growth on this branch by 2.5 metres. Cedar (T4 on application form) (in the Coach House) - remove secondary branch above summer house, and remove deadwood, and tip reduce any over extending branches up to 40mm dia. Conifers (T5 on application form) (in 2 Grove Lane) - Prune back to boundary.

We wish to remove a tall spruce (Christmas) tree, due to its very close proximity to the house and fence. This is a very fast growing tree and poses a risk to our property and the property of Washington Cottage occupants during windy weather. We will replace with an oak and silver birch in a different part of the garden to promote wildlife and green outlook.

T3 - Purple plum adjacent to whitebeam - Crown lift by the removal of secondary branches to provide 3.5 metres clearance above ground; crown thin by no more than 20% and crown reduce to provide 2 metres clearance from the adjacent house, and by up to 1.5 metres overall.
