The large tree sits in an area of land behind the rear fence of 13 Walter road and behind the rear fence of nursery playground on Wilkinson primary School. The trunk of the tree falls in a narrow space between both boundary fences. The tree's branches are heavy and resident has raised concerns that they bearing weight on her summerhouse and could cause damage to the roof should they be left. The school have met with the resident and we proposed that removing the tree at the base would be the best option, as this would not allow the tree to cause any further issues.

Remove 2 small self set sycamore that have decay in the stems.

1 x Hawthorne Tree - Fell as close to ground level as practicable. The reason for this is the tree is causing damage toa wooden pagoda when it bends in the wind. The owners have had to repair the roof on 2 occasions.

Crown reduce the upper canopy of the tree by no more than 1 metre to re-shape and balance following the previous pruning. Prune the re-growth shoots to ensure a 1m clearance from the gable wall and roof line of the adjacent property, pruning such shoots back to their parent stem, possible without having an impact on the visual appearance or balance of the tree.

Prune one plane tree by, the removal of secondary branches only, to an appropriate pruning point (in accordance with BS:3998) within the footprint of George House, to provide no more than a 500 mm clearance from any element of the mansard roof elevation, and no more than a 1.5 metre vertical clearance above the flat roof section of the Mansard roof / existing roof line.

Remove three pendulous branches hanging in close proximity to roof over rear garden. Crown lift pendulous branches on underside of branch extending toward rear lawn area, to parent branches, crown lift remaining growth on this branch by 2.5 metres. Cedar (T4 on application form) (in the Coach House) - remove secondary branch above summer house, and remove deadwood, and tip reduce any over extending branches up to 40mm dia. Conifers (T5 on application form) (in 2 Grove Lane) - Prune back to boundary.

T1 - Yew - Reduce in height to 6ft and trim sides; T2 - Cherry (in neighbouring garden) - prune back overhang by 1-2 metres; T3 - Sycamore - Prune back overhanging branches by 1-2 metres; T4 - Prune back overhanging branches to clear Monkey puzzle by 2 metres; T5 - species not identified - prune to clear shed roof; T6 - apple - Reduce by 1-2 metres; T7 - Species not identified - prune to clear roof; T8 - Lime (neighbouring tree) - Crown lift and prune clear of roof by 2 metres; G1 - Apple trees at rear of garden - reduce and reshape by 1-2 metres
