Retention of existing porch and changes to external windows and doors

Minor-material amendment / removal of conditions 2, 14 and 15 of planning permission: 19/01331/FUL (Conversion/extension/partial demolition to create 48 self-contained apartments with associated window door alterations, parking and landscaping). Revision includes, replacement of approved plans with revised set; allowing for amendments to appearance/detailing, layout and extensions (maintaining material description of 2019 planning permission).

Section 73 application to vary conditions 2 and 3 of application 21/00665/FUL (to alter the materials from the conditioned matching materials to part brickwork and render on the front elevation, render to the rear elevation, grey UPVC windows and new grey slate roof tiles).

Minor-material amendment/removal of planning condition 2 of planning permission: 22/00026/FUL (External alterations including new door and window openings and external staircase). Changes include internal layout modifications, change to some external doorways and windows, change the position and size of the external staircase (including new privacy screen). Change from a hipped roof to a gable end at the rear and the addition of a Juliet balcony (facing No. 265), installation of rooflight windows and two ('Velux') rooflight opening balconies.

Minor-material amendment/removal of condition 2 of planning permission 20/00956/FUL. Changes include: Reduce new upper floors by one storey and conversion of the roof space above the gym, to be used as additional management offices, and an additional room at the rear of the property which will be used as storage (including associated fenestration, access, roof and external alterations).

Non-material amendment to previous approval reference 21/00450/FUL: Decrease first floor rear bedroom window height to 1600mm. Install double doors at front elevation to utility room Install glass panel to external door on rear elevation

Minor design amendments to planning application approved at appeal under reference 17/01466/FUL for the demolition of existing bungalow and erection of 1No. 3 bed dormer bungalow and 2No. 2 bed bungalows. Design changes include of an increase of 400mm to Plots 1 and 2 and change of windows to bi-fold doors to rear elevation of Plot 3

Variation of Condition 3 on planning application 19/01214/FUL to introduce the following: - Smooth, through-colour 'champagne' (off white) render to the external walls of the extension and ground floor of existing house, above the brick plinth only. - Replacing all the windows in the property with Anthracite grey uPVC. - Natural wood cladding to sides of dormers.
