20/00552/TN | Trees in Conservation Area Notification

Woodhill Ormes Lane Wolverhampton West Midlands WV6 8LL

Conifer (A) - leylandii- fell because of proximity to outbuildings and neigbouring house. Roots are disturbing original paths and steps and there is an original well (dry) at this point too. Either allow camelias already planted to grow further round and create a larger hedge, or, if necessary, replant with a smaller tree, although the ground possibly won't allow for this as it is poor quality and already sustaining many trees in the garden. Conifer (B) - cedar - fell because it is close to a boundary wall. It is close to other much larger trees and is failing to thrive. Conifer (C) - fir - option to fell as also competing with much larger trees. Would prefer to choose this option after the removal of Conifer B when it is clearer to see the impact of said removal.

20/00666/TR | Lop, Top or Fell Trees Subject to a TPO

87 Wrottesley Road Wolverhampton West Midlands WV6 8SQ

06/00653/TPO (T23 & A5) - Fell the three conifer trees closest to the house on the rear garden boundary with 85 Wrottesley Road. Fell the conifer closes to the house on the rear garden boundary with 89 Wrottesley Road. Reason: concerns about safety given location, size and structural form. Also general proximity and overbearing nature on the applicant's and their immediate neighbours' houses
