Fell 9 x Monterey Cypress trees (T1, T2, T4, T5, T6, T7, T8, T9 and T10 ) located along south eastern boundary of the property to prevent risk of future branch failure and damage to life and property and remove excessive shading. The trees have been historically topped and have structural weaknesses. The species is inappropriate for a confined residential space. Replaced with 12 semi-mature trees to include a mixture of native broadleaved species
