Remove young branches within 1000mm of house roof to stop growing into tiles and gutters x 1 Magnolia tree (A), remove as growing through staircase to allow staircase to be rebuilt x 1 Ewe tree (B)

Cut back 2 overhanging main branches to trunk, cut back small overhanging branch near property roof by approximately 1 metre x 1 Weeping Birch (T1), reduce back overhanging branches to previous points at property boundary, approximately 1 metre x 1 Plum (T2), reduce back overhanging branches to previous points at property boundary, approximately 1.5 metre x 2 Lilac (T3 and T4) and reduce back overhanging branches to previous points at property boundary, approximately 0.5 metre and reduce height to maintain shape, approximately 0.5 metres x 3 Plum (T5 - T7)

Prune back 2-3 metres near boundary due to branches causing damage to roof tiles x 1 Lime (T1)

Remove to ground level as dead x 2 trees (T1 & T2), remove low limb that extends over glass house and tip reduce mid crown laterals above glasshouse by 1 metre in order to allow light to glasshouse for growing plants and reduce risk of damage x 1 Robinia (T3), remove tree as unsafe due to severe basal decay x 1 Silver Birch (T4), and reduce limb extended over garden building by 2.5 meters and prune elsewhere to ensure 1.5 metre clearance over roof x 1 Beech (T5)

Crown thin by 10% to achieve a more uniform lighter crown density and minor tip reduction on lower growth extended towards house roof of around 1 metre to improve crown balance, work is designed to create a more even crown density x 1 Copper Beech (T1)

Prune back secondary branches over building roof to source to give 2m clearance x 1 Ash (T1) and x 1 Plum (T2)

Crown and reduce in height to give a 2 metre clearance from roof x 1 Ash (T1) crown and reduce by approx 5-7 metres in order to maintain a viable reshape x 1 Sycamore (T2)

Reduce branches on the western side of the tree by a maximum 3m and these branches should be reduced in proportion (higher branches being reduced less) to a maximum height of 10m to reduce likelihood of damage to roof x 1 Sycamore (T1)

Crown reduction of approx. 2.0 -3.0m to clear branches from near roof x 3 Beech (T1 - T3), prune back overhang by 2.5 metres to create more light x 1 Beech (T4), x 1 Oak Tree (T5) and x 1 Willow Tree (T6)
