Remove due to Ash dieback x 1 Ash

Reduce back to clear building by 3 metres as overhanging and to complete essential works to roof x 1 Ash (T1)

Crown reduce by removing approximately 1.5-2m from all over to contain as part of continued maintenance x 1 Blue Cedar (T1), crown reduce back to previous pruning points by removing approximately 2m from height and 1m from sides as part of continued maintenance x 1 Prunus (T2), pollard to approximately 4m as per client's request x 1 Ash (T3) and fell, grind out stump to a depth of approx. 200mm below the stumps current ground level and leave all stump's arising to allow for ground settlement as per client request x 1 Privet (T4)

Reduce by 2-2.5 metres back to previous points to maintain regrowth, remove epicormic growth on trunk to 1 x Sycamore (T1) and reduce by 1.5-2 metres to maintain size and shape to 1 x Horse chestnut (T2)

Reduce all round by removing 1.5 metres apical and lateral growth and crown lift to 5 metres to maintain size in keeping with the surroundings x 5 Douglas Fir (T1 - T5) and in addition, crown lift by removing first three low laterals and ensure reduction of patio side is back to grass line to maintain size x 1 Douglas Fir (T1)

Prune back to fenceline by approx 3.75 metres as overhanging from neighbour x 1 Horse Chestnut (T1) and x 1 Lime (T2)

Thin/reduce canopy overhanging by 15% to contain by removing up to 2 metres apical and lateral growth and crown lift to 4 meters from ground level by removing secondary laterals overhanging to 1 x Beech (T1) to ensure clearance from property

Crown reduce by up to 3m from branch tips 1 x Willow T1 leaving a flowing outline.

Fell and grind all trees along fence line as low value poor form trees growing within fence line. This has caused the fence to lose to structure x 2 Hawthorn, x 2 Yew and x 1 Privet

Overall crown reduction by 2.0-2.5m to allow light on to back of property, excessive shedding x 1 Beech tree (T1)
