Reduce the lateral spread of the tree by 2-2.5 metres to provide clearance to the house, garage and over the neighbours garden this is to manage the tree's size for its location x 1 Sycamore (T1)

Prune low lying trailing branches up to 5 metres to allow for clearance of garage x 1 Beech (T1) and x 1 Sycamore (T2)

Reduce crown spread over the front garden by approximately 2-3 metres to maintain the size of the tree due to its proximity to the house and garage x 1 Oak (T1)

Fell as tree is heavily suppressed by the Oak tree x 1 Silver Birch (T1), crown raise to 6 metres and reduce remaining laterals by 2-3 metres to provide clearance to garden and house x 1 Oak (T2), reduce by 1 metre to maintain size and shape x 1 Magnolia (T3) and reduce 1 limb by 1-2 metres which is overhanging garage access road towards neighbours house to match the rest of the canopy. Crown raise to 6 metres to allow more light into the garden x 1 Lime (T4)

Prune the 2 x Maples (G1) by removing 2 branches to improve clearance to the garage and over the lawn

Prune branches to 1 x Beech (T1) to clear the apex of the garage roof by 1-2 metres

Crown lift by 5m, reduce branches overhanging garage and facing the house by 2-3 metres, thinnning by 20% with all dead branches and and boughs to be removed, reduce the height of the trees by up to 6m to prevent damage to property and avoid injury to people x 2 Horse Chestnuts

Remove lowest limb back to stem of 1 x Cherry (T1) to increase the clearance over the garage roof and reduce crown spread by approx. 1.5-2.5 metres to improve the clearance over the garden and maintain size and prune back to secondary and tertiary points to 1 x Oak (T2)

Remove 1 x lateral branch and cut back 2 x branches to main stem of 1 x Spruce (T7) to reduce danger to garage roof below

Fell x 1 Norway Maple (T22) due to overhanging onto garage and onto neighbouring garden
