Listed building application to partially renovate and alter parts of the interior and exterior of Walnut Tree cottage

Certificate of lawfulness for proposed works to a listed building comprising of repairs including cutting out rotten section of timber at bottom of the post, pouring a C30 concrete plinth to minimum depth of 150mm, topped with 20mm layer of 5* grout, provision of new plinth for post to bear onto. Installation of stainless galvanised steel plate stirrup to stabilise split jowl joint at rear of barn
