Reduce canopy that leans towards neighbouring property by approximately 2m reducing weight, whilst allowing the tree to remain x 1 Scots Pine (T1), fell as has heavy lean x 1 Scots Pine (T3), fell as canopy is deteriorating with approximately 1/3 completely dead x 1 Cypress tree (T4), reduce back approx 3m to the boundary line x 1 Ash (T5), fell as root plate has heaved x 1 Hawthorn (T6), crown reduce by 2.5 metres controlling the size and spread of the tree x 1 Hawthorn (T7) and remove one dead stem x 1 multi stemmed Cherry (T8)

Crown lift to 4m from ground level x 1 Yew (T2), crown lift to 4m x 1 Conifer (T3), prune over extended lateral branch back by approximately 3m x 1 Cotoneaster (T4), remove limb growing through T3 (Yew) as it is having a negative impact on the form of the Yew x 1 Ash (T5), hedge cut back to formal shape by 0.5m to 1.0m x 1 Conifer (T6), prune back to formal shape by 0.5m to 1.0m x 1 Hawthorn (T7) and reduce back branches to give a 2m clearance from the gutter x 1 Yew (T8)

Reduce overall by 4m leaving a 4m crown and shape accordingly x 2 Ash trees (G1)

Fell tree to ground level as tree has been slowly dying over the last few years it is now coming to end of life and in poor condition x 1 Walnut (T1)

Crown reduce the whole tree to remove around 2 m from the crown spread and 1.25 m from height to ensure no overhang to the roof and a minimum 1.5 m clearance from the neighbour's property x 1 Cherry (T1)

Crown lift to remove all foliage up to approximately 5m at crown break, or where stem bifurcates and thin remainder of canopy by approximately 20% by removing larger of the regrowth stems x 1 Lime (T1)

Crown reduction of up to 4-5m, with final cut diameter not exceeding 80-100mm x 1 Lime (T1), Crown Lift to provide 4 metres clearance from ground level to enable vehicles to pass under x 2 Lime & x 3 Douglas Fir (T2 - T6) and reduce very top of the tree by 4 metres in length to minimise risk of failure in future x 1 Douglas Fir (T7 adjacent to the outbuilding). Crown reduction of approximately 1.5m to T8 Oak to improve form an enable unhindered passage along the drive.

Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 1.5 metre. Lift the tree to 2 metres over the lawn. The reason for the works is to maintain the tree at an appropriate size due to it close proximity to the house x 1 Holly (T1), reduce branches growing toward the BT cable by 1 metre to provide 0.5 metre clearance from the cable x 1 Purple Leaved Plum (T2), reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 1.5 metre. Lift the tree to 3 metres over the ground. The reason for the works is to maintain the tree at an appropriate size for its setting and allow more light to the garden below x 1 Silver Birch (T3) and reduce branches growing toward the BT cable by 1 metre to provide 0.5 metre clearance from the cable x 1 Elder (T4)

Fell to ground level as has died x 1 Hornbeam (T1)
