Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 1.5 metre. Lift the tree to 2 metres over the lawn. The reason for the works is to maintain the tree at an appropriate size due to it close proximity to the house x 1 Holly (T1), reduce branches growing toward the BT cable by 1 metre to provide 0.5 metre clearance from the cable x 1 Purple Leaved Plum (T2), reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 1.5 metre. Lift the tree to 3 metres over the ground. The reason for the works is to maintain the tree at an appropriate size for its setting and allow more light to the garden below x 1 Silver Birch (T3) and reduce branches growing toward the BT cable by 1 metre to provide 0.5 metre clearance from the cable x 1 Elder (T4)

Prune back all overhang on alley side of canopy back to boundary line and reduce height of remaining canopy by approximately 2m to contain and improve shape x 1 Hazel (1), reduce new growth by approximately 2m back to previous pruning points, selectively remove branches encroaching out towards house and prune back all overhang on alley side back to boundary x 1 Hazel (2), lightly prune to contain and improve shape x 1 Holly (3), reduce height by up to 2m and trim sides to contain and improve shape x row of Beech (4), reduce height by approximately 2.5m and trim all round to contain and improve shape x 1 Bay (5), selectively reduce /remove stems encroaching over garden and into bay x 1 Hazel (6), reduce height to leave final height at approximately 5m, trim all round to contain into more cylindrical shape and remove leggy growth to allow for bushier regeneration x 1 Holly (8) and remove dead stem growing over fence x 1 Amelanchier (8)

Remove to ground level as dead x 2 trees (T1 & T2), remove low limb that extends over glass house and tip reduce mid crown laterals above glasshouse by 1 metre in order to allow light to glasshouse for growing plants and reduce risk of damage x 1 Robinia (T3), remove tree as unsafe due to severe basal decay x 1 Silver Birch (T4), and reduce limb extended over garden building by 2.5 meters and prune elsewhere to ensure 1.5 metre clearance over roof x 1 Beech (T5)

1 metre reduction on stream side of tree and 4 metre reduction of lateral branch over road and public footpath x 1 Horse chestnut (T1), 3 metre reduction of lower lateral branches over house and garage and small lateral reduction 1 metre on other branches to keep tree symmetry x 1 Beech (T2) and full 3 metre canopy reduction x 1 Hornbeam (T3)

Crown lift x 1 Spruce to a height of 6 metres from ground level, prune Yew back from the house by 2-3 metres and prune Beech back to boundary

Remove lower growth to raise crown to around 4.5 metres, tip reduce the mid crown lateral growth extended towards the house by 1-2 metres and crown thin by around 15% x 1 Hornbeam (T1), remove x 1 Holly, x 1 Yew & x 1 Hawthorn (G2), x 1 Cypress (T3), x 2 Plum (T5), x 1 Plum, x 1 Elder (G6) and crown thin by up to 15% and remove lower growth to raise crown to around 3 metres x 1 Maple (T4)

T1 Catalpa partial lift from over The Avenue, by approx. 4m and side lateral reduction of the branch length by approx. 2 metres lift from over the access drive by approx. 3-4 metres and lateral reduction by 1- 2 metres partial height reduction by approx. 1 metres left hand branch when seen from the house. T2 Leyland cypress fell to ground T3 Tulip Tree Fell/remove back to boundary from over Pineapple bush and pushing over the fence. G1 Western Red Cedar Reduce Group to a Height of approx. 8-10 metres while rounding the shoulders

Sever Ivy at the base of each tree, remove lower growth to raise the crowns to approximately 5 meters over the garden/drive side, reduce the spread over the garden/drive side of the 5 trees that overhang at the top of the drive by approximately 2 metres to G1 (Lime x 17). Reduce the lateral crown spread towards and over the house roof by approximately 3 meters to G2 (Lime and Horse Chestnut). Remove lower growth to raise crowns to approximately 7 metres over the garden. Tip reduce the lateral crown spread over the garden by 1-2 metres to G3 (7 x Horse Chestnut & 1 x Beech). Thin crown by approximately 10% to remove dead, weak and crossing growth to T4 (Silver Birch) and remove lower growth to raise crown to approximately 4.5 metres over the ground to T5 (Cherry). The proposed works are in order to maintain the trees in a good, safe and attractive condition without excessive overhang and shading to garden and property.
