Crown reduce 5 x Beech by approx. 1.0 - 1.5 metres to clear the branches from near the roof

Crown thin by 15% and raise lower branches to 4 -5 metres to Beech group (G2) to improve light and air penetration through crown and to improve clearance over road and drive, reduce crown spread by approx. 2 -3 metres to Oak (T1) to provide at least 3 meters clearance to roof

Crown lift to approximately 5-6 metres including the stems cleared of epicormic growth to Limes and Horse Chestnuts (T1 to T6) and Crown lift with side lateral reduction of the branch length away from the roof area and flank wall back to a suitable branch union not exceeding 2 metres Lime (T7)

Proposed non-material amendment to permission householder application for construction of front infill extension, front porch, single storey rear extension, pitched roof to existing garage, fenestration alterations, loft conversion including hip to gable roof extension, rear dormer extension, raising of roof ridge, crown roof, installation of 2 x dormers to front and insertion of 2 x rooflights granted under planning ref: 21/05909/FUL

Remove lowest limb back to stem of 1 x Cherry (T1) to increase the clearance over the garage roof and reduce crown spread by approx. 1.5-2.5 metres to improve the clearance over the garden and maintain size and prune back to secondary and tertiary points to 1 x Oak (T2)

Crown lift by side lateral reduction of the branch length by approximately 3-3.5m from over the roof to allow a clearance of approximately 1-1.5 metres back to a suitable branch union from the front elevation and approximately 2 metres above the roof area also lifting the lowest branches from over the parking area to allow 5-6m and also some secondary branches away from overhead cables clearance from ground level to Beech (T2).

Remove 1 x lateral branch and cut back 2 x branches to main stem of 1 x Spruce (T7) to reduce danger to garage roof below
