2x Oaks :Reduce lower crowns growing towards dwellings to suitable growth points by approximately 1 metre. Lift crown to give 3 metre clearance over gardens and public footpath

Common Ash x 4 - Shorten back branches overhanging 1 & 2 Stour Lane and 41 Mitton Street to give clearance of dwellings.

Oak (T1) - Shorten back low limb, growing towards dwelling, to suitable growth points by a maximum of 2 metres. Oak (T2) Reduce crown by 2 metres and shape accordingly.

Sycamore (1st); Reduce to height of hedge. 2 x Sycamore (2nd); Cut back to give a 3-metre clearance from the dwelling. Magnolia; Reduce back from dwelling to give a 1.5m clearance and reduce and shape remainder of the crown by 1 metre. Monkey puzzle; Remove branches touching roof of dwelling and crown clean. Purple Beech; Reduce crown on house side of tree, to suitable growth points, by 2.5m and remove deadwood. Beech (green); Crown clean and shape, reducing crown by a maximum of 2 metres. Hazel; remove stem overhanging driveway. Robinia and holly within hedge (at front of property) cut back overhanging branches by 1 metre and shape.

Larch (T1) Shorten back limb, overhanging access to driveway, to suitable growth points. 2 x Oak (T3 & T4) Fell and replace. Beech (T5) Reduce lower limbs growing towards dwelling by 2 metres. Robinia (T6) Fell and replace.

Silver Birch (T1) - Reduce limb in upper crown, growing towards the dwelling, to suitable growth points by a maximum of 3m. Shape the rest of the remaining crown, keeping a natural crown shape. Silver Birch (T2) - Reduce overextending limb to suitable growth point by 2 to 3m.

Birch x 2: Crown lift both trees by removing branches with a diameter of no more than 10cm, to give a 4 metre clerance of the nearby dwelling.

T1 - Removal of Cypress due to proximity to next doors garage and also the dwelling in question. T2 - Removal of Sycamore tree due to hanging over the dwelling in question. T3 - Removal of Ash Due to the same reasons as T3 as the trees are intwined and canopy is over the house. T4 - Removal of Cypress due to proximity to house and also the light is causing no low level growth. This tree is out of control. T5 - Same as T4 as the trees are next to each other. Also the removal of these will allow all the quality trees along T8 to further mature. T6 - Removal of multiple cypress bushes due to all now being different shapes and not in keeping. T7 - we will retail the front hedge in line with the conservation area however it will be sculpted back to a better shape. T8 - all these trees will be retained to ensure the majority of the area is maintained as these pose no risk to dwellings. T9 - The fruit trees need major maintenance and we may look to relocate on the site. The grounds will be fully landscaped with a variety of different plants including bushes and trees in place to ensure all wildlife is maintained. Overall this whole site has been neglected for many years and these works are required to allow us to get the house back up firstly in keeping with the area but also into a liveable safe space.

TPO 279 - 1. Fell and replace Cedar near car parking area. TPO 225 - 2. Reduce height of Lime by 2 metres and sides by 1.5 metres. Remove any deadwood. TPO 225 - 3. Remove lowest limb from pine growing towards dwelling. Shorten back other limbs growing toward dwelling to give a 2 metre clearance of the crown from the house.
