T1 Common Lime - Tree is leaning heavily towards the rear of neighbouring properties - Reduce down to union at approximately 25ft to reduce sail affect. T2 Horse Chesnut - Post Mature - Tree is showing decline with large dead branches over hanging neighbouring garden and garage (This tree is on the boundary) Fell/Remove (replant away from boundary)

Sweet Chestnut - Reduce lower crown, on garage side of tree, by 2 to 3 metres.

Cedar (T1) Tip reduce long heavy limb over garage by 2 to 3 metres and by 3 to 4 metres over driveway. Thin limb by 10 to 15% to reduce risks of branch failure due to heavy snowfall. Remove hung-up branch over driveway. Remove any manor dead and damaged branches within the whole crown. Willows (G1) x 5 Pollard at around 2 to 3 metres.

Robinia - Crown lift branches overhanging 5 Barnetts Grove to prevent damage to garage roof and obstruction of driveway.

(T1) Sycamore - Reduce 3 lateral branches over garage roof by 1 metre.

Beech (T1) - Reduce crown (that has not been reduced on the north/north west side) to suitable growth points by around 4 metres and reshape. T2 (Oak) Reduce crown overhanging the rear fence, to suitable growth points, by around 2.5 to 3 metres. Undertake a tip reduction of branches over garage by 1.5 metres. Oak (T3) Undertake a tip reduction of lower crown overhanging rear boundary by 1.5 metres and remove deadwood.

(1) Larch - Fell due to significant lean into adjacent conifers; (2) Western Red Cedar x 3 - Crown lift to 4 metres to improve light to front of property; (3) Western Red Cedar x 1- Crown lift over garage to prevent damage.

1. Fell Goat Willow. 2+3. Prune willow and Prunus in lawn area 0.5m - 1m to reshape. 4 Fell Ash Sapling. 5 Fell 4x Conifer trees. 6. Fell dead/hung up tree in boundary hedge. 7. Trim Cherry overhaning branches over driveway. 8. Cut down Yew bush by garage. 9. Fell Silver Birch. 10. Fell Silver Birch.

T1 - Removal of Cypress due to proximity to next doors garage and also the dwelling in question. T2 - Removal of Sycamore tree due to hanging over the dwelling in question. T3 - Removal of Ash Due to the same reasons as T3 as the trees are intwined and canopy is over the house. T4 - Removal of Cypress due to proximity to house and also the light is causing no low level growth. This tree is out of control. T5 - Same as T4 as the trees are next to each other. Also the removal of these will allow all the quality trees along T8 to further mature. T6 - Removal of multiple cypress bushes due to all now being different shapes and not in keeping. T7 - we will retail the front hedge in line with the conservation area however it will be sculpted back to a better shape. T8 - all these trees will be retained to ensure the majority of the area is maintained as these pose no risk to dwellings. T9 - The fruit trees need major maintenance and we may look to relocate on the site. The grounds will be fully landscaped with a variety of different plants including bushes and trees in place to ensure all wildlife is maintained. Overall this whole site has been neglected for many years and these works are required to allow us to get the house back up firstly in keeping with the area but also into a liveable safe space.
