Fell 1 x Sycamore at rear of Acorn House

Beech - Crown raise/Branches remove growing towards house to suitable growth points. Crown thin 20% quadrant over garden.

Douglas Fir - Remove a long overhanging branch to the south of the trunk - to the right with ones back to the house. Also, general reduction of the lower crown of the tree by a maximum of 1m to reduce existing weight on the remaining branches and therefore reduce risk of further branch falls in adverse weather.

Corsican Pine-Crown raise, deadwood removal and prune any limbs approaching the house by 3-4 meters.

Fell conifer at the front of the house

Sycamore (1st); Reduce to height of hedge. 2 x Sycamore (2nd); Cut back to give a 3-metre clearance from the dwelling. Magnolia; Reduce back from dwelling to give a 1.5m clearance and reduce and shape remainder of the crown by 1 metre. Monkey puzzle; Remove branches touching roof of dwelling and crown clean. Purple Beech; Reduce crown on house side of tree, to suitable growth points, by 2.5m and remove deadwood. Beech (green); Crown clean and shape, reducing crown by a maximum of 2 metres. Hazel; remove stem overhanging driveway. Robinia and holly within hedge (at front of property) cut back overhanging branches by 1 metre and shape.

Robinia (T1) - Fell; Common Oak (T3) - Reduce lower crown, to suitable growth points, by a maximum of 3 metres and cut back from house to give a 2 metre clearance. Sycamore (T4) - Fell; Silver Birch in garden of 26 Blakebrook - Remove overhanging parts of tree; Yew - reduce size by 1 to 2 metres. Common oak (T3 in arboricultural report) and sycamore (T2 in arboricultural report). Cut back minor branches from around telephone wire to remove contact with wire and provide 1-2 feet of clearance around the wire.

Oaks x 2 - Reduce height of both trees to ridge height of house at 23 Fulmar Crescent.

Common Lime T4 - Reduce height by 6 metres and remove all major deadwood. Common Lime T3 - Reduce height to match T4 Common Lime T2 - Reduce height to match T4. Reduce limb overhanging roof back to suitable growth point to give a 1.5 metre clearance from the house and remove all major deadwood. Reduce limb overhanging footpath to suitable growth point to balance proportion of tree. Common Lime T1 - Reduce height by 5 metres and remove all major deadwood.

T1 - Cut back from house on South east and South side to allow 1.5m clearance to assist in reducing leaf fall into channel type gutters T2 - Light crown raise on small diameter growth to match height of telephone wire.
