Erection of garage/store building and stable building (partially on site of fire damaged stable building)

Change of use of a former menage from equestrian to residential together with the erection of a residential outbuilding for the sole use of the occupants of The Stables.

Approval is sought for the installation of lighting of the stable block. Attached is a report from an environmentalist regarding the effect of the proposed lighting on bats "Lighting considerations for stables at Ivy Cottage, Bliss Gate DY14 9SU." A photograph is attached - IMG_20211130_142222575_HDR - which is taken from the site of the stables towards the nearest neighbour showing that the stables, and any lighting, would not be visible from the neighbour's property.
