English Yew - Reduce the crown by 1 metre all the way around, thus maintaining its shape whilst reducing the overhang onto the car park an over the boundary towards the main road.

Boundary trees T2-T18 & T20 on attached plan to raise the canopies to approx 4 metres; to allow for the footpath to be constructed and not cause any damage to the trees (Only T5 Oak, T6 Oak, T10 Lime & T14 Lime)

T1 Common Lime - Tree is leaning heavily towards the rear of neighbouring properties - Reduce down to union at approximately 25ft to reduce sail affect. T2 Horse Chesnut - Post Mature - Tree is showing decline with large dead branches over hanging neighbouring garden and garage (This tree is on the boundary) Fell/Remove (replant away from boundary)

Horse Chestnut - Cut back branches overhanging the garden of 15 Church Walk to the boundary line. Reduce crown by 2 metres.

Silver birch (T1) - an overall reduction of 30%. The reduction includes removing branches that extend over a boundary fence and are too close to an adjacent residential property.

Holly (T2) - Reduce and shape. Holly (T3) - Reduce and shape. 3 x Holly (G1) Reduce holly nearest boundary to below the V and reduce and shape remaining two holly trees.

Remove the 5 Birch trees located centrally in the rear garden of 18 Conferance Way and replace with 3No Liquidambar Styraciflua 'Slender Silhouette' trees along the property boundary adjacent to Bewdley Road.

Beech (T1) - Reduce crown (that has not been reduced on the north/north west side) to suitable growth points by around 4 metres and reshape. T2 (Oak) Reduce crown overhanging the rear fence, to suitable growth points, by around 2.5 to 3 metres. Undertake a tip reduction of branches over garage by 1.5 metres. Oak (T3) Undertake a tip reduction of lower crown overhanging rear boundary by 1.5 metres and remove deadwood.

Holly - T1 - Growing on neighbouring property (1Oak Grove) Remove one limb back to attachment to main stem as it over-hangs property Western Red Cedar/Cypress - G1 - Reduce height by approx. 1/3rd Cypress - T2 - Section Fell due to close proximity to Silver Birch Silver Birch - T3 - Remove lowest limb that is orientating in a southerly direction (growing into Cypress) Silver Birch - T4 - Reduce 1 limb that is orientating in a south westerly direction Holly - T5 - Section Fell due to lean and close proximity to boundary

Proposed works: Stem leaning towards north west boundary, over passage way, thin new growth by 20% and reduce remaining branches by up to 1m. Remove deadwood and poor pruning wounds throughout the crown. Reduce the crown of the upright stem by 1.5 to 2m.
