Fell conifer at the front of the house

Sycamore (1st); Reduce to height of hedge. 2 x Sycamore (2nd); Cut back to give a 3-metre clearance from the dwelling. Magnolia; Reduce back from dwelling to give a 1.5m clearance and reduce and shape remainder of the crown by 1 metre. Monkey puzzle; Remove branches touching roof of dwelling and crown clean. Purple Beech; Reduce crown on house side of tree, to suitable growth points, by 2.5m and remove deadwood. Beech (green); Crown clean and shape, reducing crown by a maximum of 2 metres. Hazel; remove stem overhanging driveway. Robinia and holly within hedge (at front of property) cut back overhanging branches by 1 metre and shape.

Robinia (T1) - Fell; Common Oak (T3) - Reduce lower crown, to suitable growth points, by a maximum of 3 metres and cut back from house to give a 2 metre clearance. Sycamore (T4) - Fell; Silver Birch in garden of 26 Blakebrook - Remove overhanging parts of tree; Yew - reduce size by 1 to 2 metres. Common oak (T3 in arboricultural report) and sycamore (T2 in arboricultural report). Cut back minor branches from around telephone wire to remove contact with wire and provide 1-2 feet of clearance around the wire.

Red Oak (1) - Reduce branches encroaching on house by approx. 2m. English Oak (2) - Reduce branches encroaching on house by approx. 2m. Fell 3 x Cypress (3,4,& 5).

Dawyck Beech - Fell to just above ground level - Reason: Inappropriately located in relation to boundary wall and brick outhouse (limited contribution to Conservation Area given rear garden location - no public view). Walnut - Selective canopy reduction by 0.5-2m back to appropriate growth points, maintaining naturalistic canopy form - Reason: to reduce impact on Tudor House and adjacent third-party property The Hayloft, to maintain in reasonable dimensions and reduce the risk of future branch failure.

1. Holly tree in front garden. Reduce height to house height and width. 2. Gleditsia - Trim left hand branch that goes over neighbours fence to fence line, trim right hand branch to match dimensions of left hand branch once cut. 3. Birch - Remove right side low hanging branch. 4. Trim Yew tree to fence line. 5. Plum - Reduce height to house height and width to improve look of tree. 6. Reduce height of all sycamore trees and hedge in this row to house height and trim width to fence line 7. Fell Ash

T1 - Removal of Cypress due to proximity to next doors garage and also the dwelling in question. T2 - Removal of Sycamore tree due to hanging over the dwelling in question. T3 - Removal of Ash Due to the same reasons as T3 as the trees are intwined and canopy is over the house. T4 - Removal of Cypress due to proximity to house and also the light is causing no low level growth. This tree is out of control. T5 - Same as T4 as the trees are next to each other. Also the removal of these will allow all the quality trees along T8 to further mature. T6 - Removal of multiple cypress bushes due to all now being different shapes and not in keeping. T7 - we will retail the front hedge in line with the conservation area however it will be sculpted back to a better shape. T8 - all these trees will be retained to ensure the majority of the area is maintained as these pose no risk to dwellings. T9 - The fruit trees need major maintenance and we may look to relocate on the site. The grounds will be fully landscaped with a variety of different plants including bushes and trees in place to ensure all wildlife is maintained. Overall this whole site has been neglected for many years and these works are required to allow us to get the house back up firstly in keeping with the area but also into a liveable safe space.
