Internal and external alterations including basement level extension to rear and 1no. rooflight to rear, lightwell to front with replacement front window at basement level, part lowering of basement floor and insertion of stud wall and new staircase to attic at first floor.

External works including replacement of 2no. windows to first floor rear and partial demolition and rebuild of playground wall

External alterations to include repainting of existing shop front, installation of 1no. non-illuminated projecting sign, 1no. non-illuminated fascia sign and 2no. window vinyls

Display of externally illuminated projecting sign, 2no. lanterns, illuminated fascia signs, internally illuminated menu case, non-illuminated hotel entrance sign and repainting of the shop frontage and entrance doorway to no.2 High Petergate and the two lower sills, ground floor windows and entrance door and surround to no.4 High Petergate

Internal and external alterations including reconfigure 1no. internal wall in basement flat, install new railings, gate and 2no. roof lights to front, restore stonework and replace basement window to front, replace existing rear basement window with French doors (resubmission)

Internal and external alterations including installation of railings to form roof terrace to side, and second floor window replaced with door

Replacement of existing sash window with door opening together with steps and handrail and installation of timber screening with wrought iron gate (part retrospective)
