Internal and external alterations to West Purifier House and the Engine House to facilitate conversion into 58 residential units (Class C3). Alterations to boundary wall to provide access, changes to harbourside walkway, alterations to windows and alterations to Engine House wall. Now proposed - amendments to general landscape layout and provision of harbourside gate.
