Alterations to fenestration throughout.

Variation of conditions 3 (Garages) and 14 (Approved Plans) of planning permission PL/19/2770/VRC (Demolition of existing building and erection of 1 x 5 bedroom dwelling, 1 x 4 bedroom dwelling and 1 x 3 bedroom bungalow - amended by PL/20/0591/NMA) to allow for the garages of plots 2 and 3 to be used as habitable accommodation.

Variation to condition no.2 (Approved Plans) of permission 19/00064/FUL (Erection of 1 no. bungalow dwelling including junction improvements to site access and associated works) dated 5th April 2019 to amend the site layout, design and elevations (to create additional accommodation at roof level) and inclusion of a detached garage.
