Variation of Condition 2 (Plan Numbers) of planning permission 20/2165/FUL (Part single, part two storey rear extension, two storey front/side extension, extension to roof including loft conversion served by rear dormer, single storey side extension and conversion of garage into habitable accommodation including alterations to roof and extension to raised patio to rear) to alter roof to increase crown roof and insertion of rooflights to flanks

Demolish existing attached garage, install rear dormer to create additional living accommodation at second floor, erect single storey outbuilding to include garage and games room, erect single storey summer house, extend existing driveway to include additional vehicular access and various internal and external alterations (amended plans - roof design to outbuilding/ garage and further tree work information)

Non-material amendment to planning permission 20/AP/1585 (Demolition and rebuilding of existing single-storey residential annex with additional first floor extension, erection of 2-storey side extension with accommodation at roof level served by front and rear dormer windows in place of existing garage, and provision of new screening on roof terrace facing school.) Changes proposed is to regularise approved boundary wall alignment by 200mm (B7 on plan) projection towards the school and boundary wall set back from tree (B1 on plan) by 150mm.
