Minor Material Amendment (S73) to vary condition nos. 2 (approved plans and documents) and 3 (phasing) to allow for logistical construction management of planning permission ref.182843FUL dated 10/01/2020 for 'Construction of four buildings ranging in height from five to nine storeys comprising 346 residential units including 107 affordable units located within Block 1 (affordable rent), Block 2 (private rent/affordable rent) and Blocks 3 and 4 (market sale) with ancillary creche or office (D1 or B1a), cafe or shop or financial and professional services (A3, A1 or A2), restaurant or office (A3 or B1a) and management suite (A2/B1a), and associated accesses (including new direct pedestrian/cycle link to Grove Farm Park and play space), car and cycle parking, landscaping, green infrastructure and private/communal amenity spaces'.

Non Material Amendment of C/11/1123 - Conversion of agricultural buildings to create 20 residential units, 2 holiday lets with associated swimming pool and management office together with conversion of buildings to provide ancillary storage and external works including construction of flood defences - Alterations to Phase 3 (Units 5 and 6 , 17 to 20) including elevational changes and changes to internal layouts and means of enclosing amenity areas . Unit 17 is no longer proposed to have extension.
