NAMELY, the addition of metal railings on the front boundary walls to the front garden, and the replacement of the gate to the front boundary wall

Details of Tree Planting Scheme pursuant to condition 8 of planning permission ref: 190853HH dated 06.12.2019 for 'Single-storey rear/side wraparound extension (following demolition of existing conservatory); single-storey side extension with two condenser units on roof (following demolition of attached garage); excavation to enlarge basement level and form a light well; alteration to existing dormer window on side roofslope involving reducing level of glazing; installation of dormer window on side roofslope, and single rooflights on front, rear and side roofslopes (following removal of existing rooflight); alterations to front, rear and side elevations involving replacing single and double-glazed timber-framed sash windows with matching slimline double-glazed units, infilling window openings, removing an air conditioning condenser, replacing a side door, and installing double-glazed timber-framed sash windows (following demolition of staircase to first floor and side porch); and alteration to forecourt involving forming a planted balustrade around a basement rooflight, rebuilding front wall with two metal gates, and forming a footpath'

Amendments to planning permission dated 8 August 2018 (RN:18/03076/FULL) for the: Excavation to extend the lower ground floor and increase floor-to-ceiling height, demolition of existing conservatory and erection of extension to side elevation, and erection of infill extension to rear elevation at lower ground floor level all to enlarge dwellinghouse (Class C3). Alterations to rear elevation including infilling existing window and creation of 3no. new windows at second, third and fourth floor level. Removal of existing tree to front boundary. Installation of mechanical plant to fourth floor roof terrace, all in connection with the existing single family dwelling (Class C3).
