Non material amendment - The plans of 560mm brick piers to be replaced by 100mm metal posts to use the existing met post holes of the existing wooden fencing, using this option is less likley to cause damage to the roots of the tree. Opted to reduce the overall height of the railings and gate reducing the weight and protecting the trees overhanging growth.
