Variation of condition 1 (Approved Plans) of planning permission 19/6319/FUL, dated 26/02/2021 for `Conversion of existing 3no. flats into 1no. single family dwelling house including partial demolition of the existing building and demolition of two existing garages, construction of a new basement level with plant areas, part single, part two storey side and rear extensions with associated alterations and extension to roof with 2no. rear dormer windows, replacement of windows including new bay windows to front elevation. New boundary fence and walls with additional vehicular access`. Variation to include additional demolition to the front section of the existing roof and rebuilding of the chimney stacks.

Application for variation of condition 2 on planning permission 100987/FUL/20 (Conversion of the existing dwelling into a pair of semi detached dwellinghouses following the erection of a first floor side and a part single/part three storey rear extension with associated boundary fencing/gates and other external alterations and landscaping) to remove the rear facing dormer to the north east, and to alter the number and position of rooflights and windows on the side, front and rear elevations.

Variation of condition 1 (Plan Numbers) of planning permission reference 20/1882/HSE dated 10/07/2020 for 'Roof extension involving rear and side dormer windows, 1no front facing rooflight. Single storey side and part single, part two storey rear extension, following demolition of existing rear garage.' Variation to include, insertion of garage door instead of window to font elevation, timber fence instead of brick boundary wall to side, squaring off of the corner of the single storey rear / side extension and reduction in width of single storey rear / side extension, amended rooflight positions and increase height of parapet wall by 175mm
