1 x Copper Beech Tree - Reduce the height by 2 metres then reduce the remaining crown by 1-1.5 metres. The tree is in close proximity to the house and is near the boundary for nextdoor.

Row of Conifers and Laurel in the middle - Remove the branches approximately 2m in length, overhanging the boundary onto the house at 4 Felix Manor.

T3: Cypress (dead/dying) - Fell to ground level. T4: Sycamore - Crown reduce over extended lateral branches by up to 2m. T5: Beech - Prune back lateral branches overhanging garden and greenhouse of Colley House by up to 3m to inside line boundary wall. T6: Hornbeam - Prune back lateral branches overhanging garden and greenhouse of Colley House by up to 3m to inside line of boundary wall. T7: Sycamore - Prune back lateral branches overhanging garden and green house of Colley House by up to 3m to inside line of boundary wall. T9: Holly - Fell to near ground level. T10: Holly - Fell to near ground level. T11: Holly (triple stemmed) - Create pollard just below large wound on left hand stem. Reduce right hand stem to be in line with left hand stem.

T1 Tulip Tree in front garden - Reduce the overall height by up to 1.5m and reduce lateral branches by up to 1m. Thin overall canopy by up to 10%. Crown lift lower canopy over pavement to give a clearance of 2.5m from ground level. T2 Laburnum on right hand boundary in rear garden next to house - Reduce the overall canopy by up to 2m and shape accordingly.

T1 - Mimosa Tree - Reduce by 2m overall, Tree leans at 45 degress, take weight off to stop it leaning further. T2 - Hawthorn Tree - Neighbours Tree, cut back to boundary line approx. 2m off, branches overhang flower bed. T3 - Eucalyptus Tree - Re-pollard to previous cutting points, approx. 3-4m off, to control size of tree. T4 - Blackthorn Tree - Reduce by approx. 2-2.5m overall, to control size of tree. T5 - Acacia Tree - Reduce by 35% overall, to control size of the Tree. T6 - Prunus Tree - Fell to ground level, Tree is 95% dead. T7 - Eucalyptus Tree - Re-pollard to previous cutting points approx. 3-4m off, control size of the Tree. T8 - Mimosa Tree - Reduce by approx. 2-2.5m overall, to control size of Tree for location near Neighbours House. T9 - Silver Birch - Reduce by 30% overall to tidy and contain.

One Laburnum Tree located in front garden adjacent to the western boundary, approx 17 metres from the front of the house. Proposal ro remove the tree as it has been gradually dying over a period of years. Please see attached pictures. Diseased branches have been removed in recent years to see if the tree could recover but the remaining branches continue to deteriorate.

Details of Condition 4. Tree protection as required by planning permission 22/AP/2987 dated 25/11/2022 for construction of a single storey rear extension with integrated canopy. Demolition of the existing shed and construction of a new shed building and bike store to the side. Facade alterations to replace the existing windows and cladding. Renovation of the existing porch/garage to include a new roof, cladding and glazing. Installation of two rooflights to the rear roof slope. Boundary alterations to continue the existing hit and miss brick wall. Excavation works to create a lower patio level linking the new shed building to the main house and minor landscaping works to reform the front and rear gardens.
