Variation of Condition 2 (plan numbers) and Condition 3 (Materials) pursuant to planning permission 23/0894/FUL (Demolition of existing bungalow and construction of replacement bungalow with roof accommodation, served by front and rear dormer windows and front rooflight; installation of heat pump; alterations to frontage; and front and rear landscaping works) to include alterations to rear fenestration; alterations to external materials; and internal alterations.

Part Retrospective: Demolition of existing bungalow and construction of two storey detached dwelling rear dormer with window and side rooflights; alterations to land levels, steps and ramp, heat pump, parking and associated landscaping works; boundary treatments including brick piers and walls.

Non-material amendment to DC/22/2437/FUL (Demolition of existing bungalow, construction of 4 new dwellings and associated carports, parking, access and landscaping) - The first-floor gable window to Bedroom 3 has been removed in place of decorative timber gable frame panelling. The fixed window in the kitchen at the side elevation has been replaced by a set of French doors, of similar size. On the same elevation, the bi-fold doors in the living room have been removed. On the east elevation of the living room a set of sliding doors with gable window has been introduced in place of the fixed window and timber gable panelling.

Part Retrospective: Demolition of existing bungalow and construction of replacement bungalow with accommodation in the roof served by front and rear dormer windows and side rooflights, render to the exterior with associated parking and landscaping works.

Demolition of existing bungalow and construction of a new two storey detached single family dwelling house. Associated hard and soft landscaping, refuse storage, cycle parking and off street car parking

Non Material Amendment to DC/21/0007/FUL - Change of use to sports facilities comprising new grass football pitch adjacent to Harrisons Lane and construction of a new artificial football pitch with associated parking, access, lighting, acoustic fencing and drainage adjacent to the Apollo Youth Centre and adjacent field to the south. - 1. Landscaping areas in car park reduced 2. Revised site entrance, to allow for correction of bungalow legal boundary. 3. Car parking layout amended, to suit item 2 above. 4. Addition of drainage basin as required by the drainage design. 5. Omission of plant building as this is no longer required. 6. Addition of playground and community garden to front of future proposed leisure building. 7. Omission of temporary sports pitch at rear skills centre - no longer required.
