Discharge of condition 3 (demolition management plan) attached to permission 21/04969/FUL dated 13/09/22 (appeal ref: APP/L5240/W/22/3297231) for 'the demolition of existing building and the construction of 30 retirement living apartments (C3) with a communal lounge, guest suite, lower ground floor car parking and refuse store, provision of new access onto Sanderstead Hill (closure of existing vehicle access), pedestrian access, landscaping and associated works.'

Approval of Condition 4- construction management plan- pursuant to 18/00110/FUL Demolition of existing buildings and erection of four buildings to provide 68 Extra Care apartments for older persons (C2 use), 37 Retirement Living apartments for older persons (C3 use) and 19 residential units (also C3 use) with associated communal facilities, parking and landscaping.
