Variation of Condition 1 of previously approved application DC/20/1734 (Conversion of existing barn and stable buildings to form a single dwellinghouse with a new build linking element. Creation of new vehicular access, provision of car parking and associated landscaping) to allow for alterations to the fenestration and cladding details.

Variation of condition 7 (landscaping) of application 17/01116/FUL (Alterations and change of use of property from Class C2 (Residential Institution) & D1 (Non Residential Institution) to Class C3 (Dwelling House) involving conversion of main building to single residential dwelling, external alterations to main building including retention of exposed brickwork. Reconstruction of stable block including repair and conversion works to Clock Tower, retention of garage block and kennels, associated hard landscaping and ancillary works.) to allow for an extended time period to complete the landscaping scheme.

Variation of Condition No.5 of DC/20/5084/LBC - Listed Building Consent (Alterations and refurbishment of dwelling, including new single-storey extension. Conversion of former stables building for residential annexe accommodation) - To permit the alterations to the house and the conversion of the annex to be commenced independently. Also to remove the words "building work" from the Condition in respect of the existing dwelling, since this implies that repair and maintenance work not covered by the Consent may not be put in hand.
