Prior Notification for Residential Extension: (Part 1 Class A) single storey rear extension, extending four metres from the house with a roof height of approximately 3.15m. The extension will have facing brick to match the existing building and a flat roof with a parapet wall and stone coping. The single door, bifold door and window will be white aluminium framed, and the rooflight will be grey uPVC. Prior Notification (Householder) - Single storey pitched pan tile roof extension full width to the rear of the 27 barons close, external brickwork and internal block walls with cavity. Two x roof windows velux type in pitched room. No windows to end wall adjoining semi detached property No 25. 1 x 3m bifold door with one 0.5M floor to ceiling window in rear into garden. Side wall non connected with high level 0.5M tall x 2m long window. Extension takes in existing sewer manhole to be changed to double sealed manhole cover.

Prior Notification (Householder) - It's a 5.5m by 4.9m kitchen/diner extension. It will have a patched roof with 2 key lite windows and 3m french doors. The external brickwork will be toothed into existing. Bricks will be matched as best as possible. The old kitchen wall will come down flush with the new extension walls by using a RSJ which will match the structural engineer's calculation.

Prior Notification (Householder) - since being built. The proposed extension would provide a larger living area/kitchen and an additional 3rd bedroom; timber clad with bi-fold doors out from the living space and 3rd bedroom out to the garden. A roof lantern would provide light to the rear of the living space. The addition of the extension and modernisation of the bungalow would mean that the building could be effectively insulated and it is intended that all windows are double glazed. The front of the bungalow would remain largely unchanged apart from redecoration and general maintenance. Please refer to attached drawings and photographs. (Block plan, elevations, roof layout, floor layout, photographs of the existing bungalow). The timber clad in a dark colour has been chosen to be in keeping with other buildings in the local area, complimenting the existing building. There is a 600mm difference between the inside floor level and the external ground level so it is proposed to install a deck built in two levels with safety barrier hedge and planting, steps surrounding, indicated on the drawings.

Built from same style/ colour bricks and roof tiles. Bifold doors and window to face the rear garden. Rainwater and waste water to be using existing drains. New manhole cover to be installed. 4.5 metres beyond existing rear wall. 6.7 metres spanning across the rear. Adjoining home owner aware of plans.

Prior Notification (Householder) - A single storey rear extension to No 1 Pinewood Gardens having a maximum depth of 5m and a maximum height of 4m. The extension would be situated to the east side and would protrude from the rear wall of the original dwelling house. The west elevation of the extension would share an adjoining boundary with the existing garage extension which protrudes 5.9m from the rear wall of the original dwelling house. The extension would have a double pitched roof with two Velux-type roof windows on the west facing aspect. The south facing wall would contain a door and window. The extension would be built under, and within, permitted development rules and building regulations.

Prior Notification (Householder) - Removal of existing small porch and replace with a 3m wide by 4m long extension to kitchen. The wall that borders neighbour at No 15 would be entirely brick, away from property would be part brick and part glazed with remaining side the same with patio doors. This would function as a dining room/kitchen extension as solid roof- either flat or tiled (TBD), removal of existing door/window currently in place between kitchen/conservatory/porch. Planning for tiled roof with funds/timeline permitting.

Prior notification for a ground floor rear extension measuring 3.6m beyond the original rear wall, at a maximum height of 3m, and measuring 2.38m at the eaves. Extending out from the lounge into the garden and able to connect to the garage door from the inside of the property. The planned extension will match the existing brick work, cladding and windows. The extension will have a French door that will open into the garden, with plans to add a sunlight roof window to bring some natural light into the extension.
