Non material amendment to planning permission PL/22/1805/FA (Demolition of existing rear extension and construction of single storey extension, changes to windows. Widening of the existing entrance with formation of new driveway and replacement of front boundary fencing with masonry boundary wall and tree removal) to allow amendment to the design to rear kitchen window, including the lowering of the approved cill height and amendment to rear utility window design to reduce in width from a double to single casement window.

We would like to prune one branch of a leaf maple tree which is located immediately behind 14 Clarence Court (On the attached plan this is numbered 1T). The branch overhangs Clarence Court property and affects the light to my bungalow, 14 Clarence Court. We would like to prune the branch back to the boundary fence of Clarence Court. We want to prune from the knuckle of the branch (In the attached photo this is identified by the pointer with a red towel) which is about 6 meters of the branch. Also, as you can see from the second photo, there are no windows above the ground level of Lime Tree House garden and therefore the removal of this one branch will not affect privacy in their garden or the house which is more than 35 meters from Clarence Court. We understand from the owner of number 13 Forest Close, Wendover that in the past they have applied, been granted permission and pruned this tree. We would also like to prune back to our fence the laurel bush, on the attached map this is between tree 2T and the red leaf maple 1T

Japanese Maple - Fell and replace with new tree, like-for-like. Tree is encroaching on neighbour's property (#7), the trunk is across both my and neighbour's fence line, damaging fence Plants in neighbour's garden are dying off, as they are not getting sufficient light due to the enormous amount of shading cast. Also concern on roots for such a large tree going under neighbour's pond and also potentially main properties. As per attached plan, the coverage of the tree is the same size as our entire garden and we are unable to grow plants for the vast for the majority of the garden. During summer, no visibility out of main bedroom window, as tree covers entire view. (To clarify, have discussed this with neighbour who is very keen for tree to be removed also.)
