Amendment sought to the wording of Condition 6 to read as follows: The terrace hereby approved shall not be first used until the privacy screening has been installed to the northeastern side elevation and the southwestern side elevation of the terrace as shown on approved drawing nos. 2308/02-2D, 2308/02-4B and 2308/02-6. The privacy screen shall achieve a minimum level of obscurity equivalent to Pilkington Texture Glass Level 3 and shall have a height of 1.7m above the finished floor level of the terrace along both side elevations. The privacy screen shall thereafter be permanently retained as approved. To protect the amenities of neighbouring occupiers in terms of overlooking and privacy in accordance with Policy HO11 of the Local Plan (2018).
