External works and alterations (retrospective) including - the construction of a new entrance porch, new chimney, replacement cladding and external materials to the walls and roof and new windows and doors to allow the change of use of the building for uses incidental to the principal use of the dwelling known as Birchwood Farm as a home office, overnight guest accommodation, and the provision of new welfare facilities including toilet and shower in addition to agricultural use

Variation of condition 2 of planning consent 17/0374/FUL (Retrospective change of use from agricultural land to residential involving earthworks and erection of new gates; retrospective construction of front porch and proposed two storey extension to cottage) to facilitate extension to west elevation and to include additional living accommodation with two dormer windows.
