Variation of Condition 2 (plan numbers) pursuant to planning permission 20/1000/FUL (Demolition of existing dwelling, subdivision of the site to provide two semi-detached bungalows with accommodation in the roof space served by front and rear dormers, provision of new vehicular access, associated car parking and amenity space) to include alterations to the approved rear dormer windows; alteration to approved front elevation and external finishes, front landscaping and internal alterations to Unit 1. Discharge of condition 9 (CO2 emissions) attached to permission 21/02992/CONR for the variation of condition 2 (drawings) attached to permission 19/02313/FUL dated 27/09/19 for the demolition of existing dwelling and erection of two storey building with accommodation within the roof space as well an erection of a single storey bungalow located at the rear of the site to provide a total of nine units as well as revised vehicular access, associated parking, landscaping, internal refuse and cycle storage. The amendments are to the elevations, internal layouts and positioning of the rear bungalow.
