Change of use of no.9 from a care home (Class use C2) to a single residential dwelling (Class use C3). Construction of conservatory to south elevation, glass link to west elevation (between main building and 1970's extension); alterations to 1970's extension (including new doors and windows, accessible 'green' roof and lantern, glass balustrade to roof on south elevation and 1.7m high decorative screen to north elevation, and render and paint brick wall to north elevation); demolition of existing garage.
