Erection of part single part first floor side and rear extension to the dwelling following associated demolition works. Replacement of non-historic windows and internal works to the host dwelling. Non-material amendment to planning permission 20/AP/1774 (Demolition of existing garden shed and erection of new 2 bedroom single storey dwelling house with roof accommodation. New site boundary wall and associated works). The proposed changes are to the first floor window to include full height with a juliette balcony.
